ABOUT:
There is someone in your life who needs to be the center of attention. At first, this was bearable, but now it's a problem that is consuming too much of your energy. Group therapy will help you understand narcissism, teach you skills to navigate these relationships, provide you a community of people with similar experiences, and reprioritize your well-being.

Who: Adults, ages 18+
When: Every 3rd Tuesday at 7pm
Where: Boston, MA (Jamaica Plain neighborhood)

Monthly - This group offers ongoing community support and psychoeducation. Members typically join this group as an ongoing resource after the weekly group. This group could also work well for someone who is already in individual therapy working through this issue, and looking for additional support.
