You are currently working on healing from a narcissistic relationship with an individual therapist or coach and you would like a group to be in community with others who understand and share your experience.

WHAT THIS GROUP OFFERS:

The monthly group was created by former members of the Weekly Adult Survivors of Narcissism Group. The monthly group is ongoing and deep dives our understanding of narcissistic patterns of behavior and how to heal from these relationships. Members of this group have an opportunity to foster long-term, trusting relationships and community support in their healing journey. This group explores advanced topics related to narcissism, such as attachment styles, inner child work, and generational trauma. This group also incorporates mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, visualization, and breath work to practice self-care.

When: Every 3rd Tuesday at 7pm

Where: Boston, MA (Jamaica Plain neighborhood)

Cost: $50 per session.
