You have attended one of the previous Survivors of Narcissism groups and would like to continue healing with an ongoing group.
You are currently working on healing from a narcissistic relationship with an individual therapist or coach and you would like a group to be in community with others who understand and share your experience.
WHAT THIS GROUP OFFERS:
The monthly group was created by former members of the Weekly Adult Survivors of Narcissism Group. While the weekly group offers community and an essential understanding of narcissism, the monthly group dives a little deeper. The monthly group is ongoing, which gives members an opportunity to foster long-term, trusting relationships and continue supporting each other in their healing journey. This group explores more advanced topics related to narcissism, such as attachment styles, inner child work, and generational trauma. This group also incorporates mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, visualization, and breath work to practice self-care.

Who: Adults, ages 18+
When: Every 3rd Tuesday at 7pm
Where: Boston, MA (Jamaica Plain neighborhood)
Cost: $50 per session.
